We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Window Tinter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window film to a variety of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets both functional and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automotive tinting, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Tint Application & Installation

• Measure, cut, and install window film on car windows with precision and efficiency.

• Ensure smooth, bubble-free application using proper techniques and tools.

• Inspect and prepare vehicle windows before installation to ensure optimal adhesion.

• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer specifications for each tinting job.

Customer Service & Quality Assurance

• Communicate with customers to understand their preferences and explain available tint options.

• Ensure each installation meets company standards and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct final inspections and make adjustments if necessary.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Maintenance & Inventory

• Maintain tinting tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Keep track of tint film inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishment.

• Report any issues or damages promptly to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive window tinting (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Knowledge of different tint types, shades, and local regulations.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, workshop environment.

Salary Range and Benefits:

• Salary Range: 3,000 AED – 4,000 AED (depending on experience and skill level).

• Medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, and additional benefits provided.

Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available. Candidates must be able to work from the designated workshop location.
