A day on the lobby floor

You’ll deliver guests’ luggage, messages and other items around the property promptly, maintaining a courteous, professional tone at all times.

You’ll personally guide guests to their rooms with a friendly, engaging touch, helping them feel at ease and informed from the start.

You’ll keep a steady presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and the Accor brand, assisting guests with questions and needs while supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll manage pressure gracefully, relying on strong communication with teammates to coordinate requests and keep service flowing.

What the role needs

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while staying calm and courteous at all times.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Hospitality background is preferred.
• Additional languages beyond English are advantageous.
