UP Education in Auckland is seeking a permanent full-time ICT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology, identify improvement opportunities and deliver practical solutions that boost efficiency and support strategic objectives. The role covers business analysis and requirements management, process analysis and improvement, stakeholder engagement, solution support and governance documentation with a focus on continuous improvement. Essential: 3+ years’ experience in business or operations analysis within technology initiatives, proven ability to produce requirements, process documentation and user stories, and strong analytical, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills in a self-directed, outcomes-focused manner. Desirable: NZ or AU education sector experience and familiarity with financial processes. Hybrid Ponsonby onsite with occasional Australia travel; salary aligned to experience and ongoing training and development; a diverse, inclusive team.
