Business Development Manager Finished Vehicle Logistics

CMA CGM is expanding its Finished Vehicle Logistics team in the Benelux region and is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth from the ground up. The role is onsite in Oosterhout, the Netherlands, with the possibility to base from Ghislenghien in Belgium. You’ll focus on selling CEVA’s Finished Vehicle Logistics capabilities to new customers and turning opportunities into lasting partnerships, with a particular eye on Belgium. If you enjoy closing deals in the automotive and logistics space and shaping tailored solutions for OEMs, this could be a fit.

You’ll be the primary contact for customers and prospects across Benelux, guiding opportunities from qualification to close and building sustainable revenue streams in both new and used vehicles. The position involves close collaboration with teams in Germany and France and requires occasional travel to those markets. You’ll report to the Head of Business Development Benelux & DACH, aligning locally with global and regional strategies while translating customer needs into CEVA solutions.

Shaping the finished vehicle story in Benelux

On a day-to-day basis, the role centers on spotting and developing new business opportunities within Finished Vehicle Logistics across the Benelux. It’s about building meaningful, long-term relationships with customers and ensuring their requirements are understood and turned into practical CEVA offerings. The work covers coordinating with OEMs, dealers, leasing and rental firms, and fleet managers to move opportunities through the sales funnel to signed agreements.

You’ll drive OEM Finished Vehicle Logistics development in line with broader product and development strategies, with a clear aim to broaden CEVA’s footprint in Cars and Used Cars markets. The position combines market watching with shaping commercial approaches, and it requires close collaboration with the country and cluster FVL product teams to develop capabilities, unlock synergies, and support upsell of CEVA products. Travel within the Benelux region is expected, and occasional trips to Germany and France are part of the role.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in logistics, automotive, or supply chain sectors
• An entrepreneurial, results-driven approach with a history of pursuing deals and delivering long-term value
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel within the Benelux region and to CMA CGM’s offices in Germany and France

A strong network in the Benelux region would be helpful but isn’t required.
