Epworth is seeking a Business Operations and Innovation Director to lead the ECISL at Epworth Freemasons in East Melbourne. This 2-year fixed-term, part-time (0.6 EFT) role sits at the interface between ECISL and the Epworth network, providing operational leadership for the Cellular Therapies Unit and ensuring services are strategy-aligned, budgeted and clinically safe while delivering reporting to executives and donors. This 2 year fixed-term, part-time (0.6 EFT) Business Operations and Innovation Director role, will be the key interface between the ECISL, Epworth Freemasons and the wider Epworth Group, whilst holding operational leadership for the CTU. Working within a well-established framework, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all existing and new ECISL services at Epworth Freemasons are aligned with strategy, operating to budget and clinically safe so we can continue to deliver groundbreaking blood cancer care.
The Business Operations and Innovation Director will also support ECISL operational and financial reporting requirements, both internally to the Epworth Executive, and to funding bodies and donors, including the Epworth Medical Foundation and the Snowdome Foundation as key partners.
