Transport for NSW’s Graduate 2027 Career Accelerator Programs in Greater Sydney offer a full‑time, onsite pathway at Macquarie Park designed to turn theory into practice. You’ll work across diverse teams on projects in Sydney and nearby communities, contributing to road upgrades, environmental plans, learning programs and major infrastructure like the Sydney Metro, while building capability through networks and structured learning. To be eligible you must have completed your undergraduate degree within two years of the program start, hold a relevant discipline, and be available to begin full‑time work in early 2027. About you

• You must have completed your university undergraduate degree within two years of the program commencement date. This includes any required industry experience.

• Attained undergraduate qualification in one or more of the included study areas

• Be available to commence full-time employment (35 hours per week commencing early 2027).
