In this role, you'll:
The Senior Manager Equip Solution Standards provides strategic leadership to ensure SAP solution architecture standards, governance, and security requirements are consistently applied across the Equip ecosystem.
This role drives design quality, standardisation, and alignment with enterprise architecture by guiding solution architects and technical teams, while overseeing design approvals and governance forums.
Acting as a key link between business units and Enterprise Architecture, the role ensures solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to organisational objectives, while promoting continuous improvement and best practice adoption.

About you
The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP solution architecture leader with strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and secure solution design.
They bring proven capability in coaching and mentoring architects, alongside exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
A strong communicator, they can translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance while balancing compliance with delivery outcomes.
Tertiary qualifications in IT (or equivalent experience) and the ability to drive consistency, quality, and innovation across SAP environments are essential.
