In this role, you'll:
The Senior Manager – Equip, Payroll, HCM, Finance & Plan to Deliver leads SAP functional capability across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and delivery of secure, scalable solutions.
This role provides strategic oversight across SAP operations, including vendor performance, procurement governance, and continuous service improvement.
Acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams, the role translates complex requirements into viable SAP solutions while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and compliance.
It also drives cross-functional collaboration and oversees enhancement pipelines to ensure ongoing optimisation of SAP services.

About you
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced SAP leader with 15+ years in complex, multi-domain environments, bringing deep expertise across Payroll, HCM, Finance, and Plan to Deliver.
They are a strong people leader with experience managing direct and indirect teams, alongside vendors and partners, with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end SAP services.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are critical, with demonstrated success engaging senior executives and influencing across enterprise levels.
The candidate will also bring strong commercial acumen, including RFP processes, contract management, and portfolio/resource management, combined with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
