Cert 10 Weld Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cert 10 Weld Supervisor to join our team for an exciting and critical hydro power station outage project. This is a pivotal role where you will drive a quality-first mindset and support the smooth delivery of the shutdown works.

Your Responsibilities

As a Cert 10 Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Driving a quality culture for the project by promoting "Get It Right the First Time" principles.
• Performing inspections and ensuring the completion of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Providing active QA monitoring and quality assurance support to project teams.
• Maintaining quality records and providing administrative support for QA documentation, ensuring knowledge capture.
• Assisting with traceability efforts and managing punch lists to track outstanding items or defects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• A trade qualification

• AS1976 Cert 10 Welding Supervisor Certificate

• Previous experience in Welding Supervisor role in industrial, power station, or shutdown environments.

• Strong technical knowledge of inspection processes and compliance with ITPs.

• Exceptional skills in quality documentation management and traceability.

• The ability to work under pressure and tackle fast-paced, critical project milestones.
