Manage claims workflows efficiently, ensuring requests, tasks, and new claims are actioned within expected timeframes
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, advisers, medical providers, and colleagues to support positive claim experiences
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates that support quality decision-making and operational excellence
Coordinate the collection of claim information and medical documentation to help progress claims efficiently
Identify potential risks or irregularities and escalate concerns appropriately to help protect the integrity of the claims process
Contribute to team initiatives, testing activities, and process improvements that enhance customer outcomes and ways of working
You have strong organisational skills and confidently prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
