Four Square Brightwater is seeking an eager, experienced Duty Manager to join our full-time team in Brightwater, Tasman. The role requires Friday and Saturday night shifts with the store closing at 7:30pm, and duties include customer service, shop appearance and supervising the sale of alcohol, tobacco and lotto. The successful applicant should be customer focused, quick to learn, able to work at pace, a true team player with a positive attitude, and physically able for heavy lifting while taking initiative to solve problems. LCQ and Duty Manager certificates or FMCG experience are advantageous; NZ residency or valid work visa is required. Four Square Brightwater is looking for an eager, experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Duty Manager.

The days and hours of this role will be discussed at interview stage, however it does require Friday and Saturday night closing the store at 7:30pm so flexibility with shift timings is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Customer service and satisfaction
• Shop appearance and replenishment
• Supervising the Sale and Supply of Alcohol, Tobacco & Lotto

Having the following would be advantageous to applicants:

• Current LCQ and Duty Managers certificate
• Experience in a Supermarket or the FMCG industry
