What you’ll do

• Delivering high-quality nursing care, including specialised care as required
• Leading and mentoring a team to deliver safe, person-centred support
• Supporting compliance with aged care standards through quality and risk management
• Educating and developing staff to strengthen capability across the team
• Partnering with GPs, allied health providers, and families for holistic care

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• At least 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
• Deep understanding of the Aged Care Standards, Quality Framework, and related legislation

We would also love you to have:

• Experience in a senior clinical leadership role, ideally in residential aged care
• Strong mentoring, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, compassionate, and team-focused approach
