Coles Online Manager in Tuggeranong is a full-time leadership role reporting to the Store Manager, responsible for the online department including Personal Shoppers and click and collect. You will coach and develop your team, drive sales targets and rostering, and ensure standards in visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management to deliver a welcoming customer experience and a one team culture. About the role

The Coles Online Department helps get our online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community. • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
