How You’ll Contribute

As a Director within the G&PS sector focused on Investment Strategy and Investment Support, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Drive FDI attraction, and investment promotion projects and programs across clients
  • Support private sector companies in hand-holding them during their investment phase
  • Help Client manage high impact investment promotion programs
  • Lead high-impact public sector engagements, ensuring commercial success, quality delivery, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government and institutional stakeholders, building executive-level relationships and influencing long-term priorities.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and supporting cross-selling across sectors and lines of service.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align client work with broader market needs, firm strategy, and growth ambitions.
  • Champion digital and innovative approaches that enhance delivery, improve client outcomes, and strengthen the firm’s offering.
  • Lead and develop teams across engagements, ensuring people are supported, motivated, and set up for success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • 13+ years of experience in public sector, consulting, or development roles, with deep expertise in fiscal reform, economic competitiveness, planning, and transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact client engagements, shape commercial strategy, and drive growth across complex portfolios.
  • Strong experience managing senior government and institutional stakeholders at executive level.
  • Strong understanding of public sector strategy, policy reform, performance improvement, and operating model design.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Navigate complexity, respond to changing market needs, and guide teams through evolving priorities.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work across business units, lines of service, and geographies to deliver shared impact.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic fluency highly desirable to deepen regional collaboration and influence.
