How You’ll Contribute

As a Manager within the G&PS sector focused on enabling strategy for Zones, large area developments and Clusters, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Project Delivery: Support clients in areas of Economic Zones, Clusters and Large area development in planning and developing projects in these thematic areas
  • Candidate should have experience in Zones regulations, incentives and planning norms
  • Client Partnership: Work closely with government and institutional stakeholders to translate policy objectives into actionable strategies, practical roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Fiscal and Economic Insight: Apply strong analytical and sector knowledge to support fiscal reform, economic competitiveness, and planning initiatives that strengthen public sector performance and long-term resilience.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and support junior team members, encourage collaboration, and foster a culture of learning, accountability, and inclusion.
  • Impact and Innovation: Help clients solve important problems, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve policy effectiveness, operational efficiency, and sustainable impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • 7+ years of experience in public sector, policy, or consulting roles, with a strong focus on program delivery, fiscal reform, economic competitiveness, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of public sector strategy, fiscal reform, economic policy, and planning frameworks.
  • Experience supporting transformation programs, business case development, operating model design, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Client-Centric Communication: Build trusted relationships and communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Apply structured thinking to solve important problems and deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Work effectively in dynamic environments and adjust quickly to changing priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic fluency highly desirable to deepen regional collaboration and influence.
