You’ll manage the full funding lifecycle from spotting opportunities and coordinating proposals to contract monitoring, funder reporting and audit readiness, with Monday.com as the central tracking hub. This role suits someone who turns scattered information into clear systems and keeps deadlines on track, reporting to the Head of Strategic Relationships and Finance. Bring experience in contracts administration or grants coordination, strong written communication, and confidence with Monday.com. The role
As Contracts & Funding Coordinator, you'll support the full contract and funding lifecycle, from tracking funding opportunities and coordinating proposals through to contract monitoring, funder reporting and audit readiness. You'll work closely with the Head of Strategic Relationships, Finance and programme leads, and take ownership of Monday.com as our central tool for contract tracking and reporting visibility.
