About the role
Reporting to the Territory manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on safety, security and maintaining the presentation and appearance of the site. This position is based at the Toowoomba Depot, with operating hours from 5am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work within these operating hours is required.
Responsibilities
Serving customers efficiently and creating memorable experiences
Delivering the standard of service and retailing excellence that our customers have come to expect.
Maintaining store presentation and creating a clean welcoming environment
Cash handling
Authorising fuel pumps
Stock filling and rotation
General housekeeping – cleaning toilets, shelves, floors
Understanding and complying with Ampol’s policies and procedures
About you
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple tasks while working independently. You are reliable, professional, enthusiastic, bring a positive and can-do attitude.
Qualification & Experience:
Retail experience
Excellent customer service skills
Well-developed written and oral communication skills
General computer literacy
