Vodafone Noarlunga is seeking a Customer Solutions Team Leader who blends leadership with a genuine love of people and technology in a fast paced telecom setting. Expect a five day week on a seven day roster, including weekends and holidays, plus four days of training. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or customer roles in telecommunications, prior management preferred, and AU/NZ citizenship or permanent residency required. In this role, you’ll partner with the regional manager in leading the store daily, from assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping others meet and exceed sales objectives. You won’t be in this alone we offer amazing training experiences that will set you up for leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching and encouraging your team to give our customers personal experiences that count. You will need to have availability across 5 days on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, peak trade days and public holidays and be available to complete 4 days of virtual and in person training.

  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience is preferred

  • Most importantly you will be a customer champion delivering great customer experiences, driving awareness of a customer centric culture
