Foodstuffs is seeking a DC Junior Supply Planner to join the DC Replenishment team in Auckland for a full-time onsite role. You’ll help ensure the right products are available at the right time by managing supplier portfolios, raising POs, tracking deliveries, and analysing replenishment data in Replenverse and SAP, while partnering with suppliers, merchandisers and DC operations to maximise product availability and hit service and stock targets. Te Tūranga – About the role

As a DC Junior Supply Planner, you'll join our fast-paced and collaborative DC Replenishment team, helping ensure the right products are available at the right time across our Distribution Centres. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in supply chain planning, inventory management, and FMCG operations while working with a team passionate about delivering world-class service to our members.

You'll also:

  • Manage a starter portfolio of domestic and/or import suppliers to achieve agreed service and inventory targets.
  • Raise purchase orders, review supplier confirmations, and track product deliveries.
  • Analyse replenishment data and inventory performance using Replenverse and SAP.
  • Partner closely with suppliers, merchandise teams, DC operations, and other stakeholders to maximise product availability.
  • Support inventory optimisation initiatives, stock turn targets, overstock reduction, and out-of-stock management.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have some early supply chain experience, you'll bring curiosity, resilience, and a passion for delivering great outcomes.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Up to two years' experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or FMCG environments.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data analysis and LOOKUP functions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • BI/BA experience - preferred.
