In this role, you will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and long-term business value. You will work closely with airlines, loyalty programs, financial institutions, tourism boards, OTAs, technology providers, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional partnerships strategy in line with business objectives.

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships across airlines, loyalty programs, financial institutions, tourism boards, technology providers, OTAs, retail, and lifestyle brands.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key industry stakeholders.

  • Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and joint business planning activities.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital, Distribution, and Loyalty teams to maximize partnership value.

  • Drive joint marketing campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, and revenue-generating collaborations.

  • Explore new ancillary revenue opportunities and alternative distribution channels.

  • Monitor partnership performance and ensure delivery of agreed KPIs and ROI.

  • Represent Millennium Hotels & Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, hospitality, travel, or commercial leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships.

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and revenue-generation experience.

  • Experience working with international brands and regional stakeholders.

  • Established network within the hospitality, travel, aviation, tourism, or loyalty sectors is highly desirable.
