What You’ll Do As Director Of Insurance Product Leadership In Wealth Solutions
You will lead the full due diligence lifecycle for insurance products and the providers that support them, owning governance and ongoing oversight to ensure offerings meet regulatory expectations and align with best practices. Day to day, you’ll evaluate product design, features, pricing, value proposition, and suitability, drawing on expert knowledge of life, health, and general insurance to inform strategic input on selection, enhancements, and market positioning.
You’ll also manage insurance advisory activities, shaping the advisory framework, overseeing frontline staff and client publications, and coordinating Learning & Development initiatives to deepen product understanding across teams. Collaboration is essential, as you’ll work with country and group stakeholders to implement consistent standards for due diligence and strengthen governance and risk management. You’ll lead projects tied to advisory and due diligence, delivering high-quality outcomes on schedule and with clear stakeholder alignment.

Must-have qualifications
- Expert level knowledge of insurance products across life, health, and general lines, with extensive experience in product advisory and due diligence.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, plus a disciplined approach to governance and risk management.
- Ability to assess market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings, and to challenge product design and positioning while delivering strategic insights.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business/Commerce (preferred) with relevant industry certifications in insurance and a strong analytical mind.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and the ability to operate independently as a self-starter who can lead and deliver projects on time.
