TransPerfect, a global leader in language and AI-powered solutions, is hiring a Junior Sales Coordinator to join its Dubai team onsite. The role is aimed at recent graduates who want to start a sales career, building new business and serving as the first point of contact for existing accounts. TransPerfect communicates across the globe, supporting thousands of organizations in more than 200 languages, backed by a network of more than 150 offices worldwide and its GlobalLink® technology that connects with leading CMS, CRM and marketing systems to streamline multilingual workflows.

The position focuses on developing new business in the Travel sector while also touching Retail and Real Estate. If you’re a reliable, organized communicator who seeks responsibility and a hands-on path in sales, this could be a strong match for you.

Based in Dubai, the role is onsite and offers a chance to learn in a globally connected environment, collaborating with teams across production and sales worldwide. The company’s breadth and scale mean you’d be working with clients across industries as part of a long-standing track record of helping brands grow through language and technology solutions.

The Work You’ll Do as a Junior Sales Coordinator

You’ll be focused on generating new business while also delivering frontline support to existing accounts, with a primary emphasis on the Travel industry and occasional work in Retail and Real Estate. You’ll need to be a clear communicator who stays organized, takes ownership of your clients, and is eager to drive opportunities and sales growth.

Day to day, you’ll respond to client requests for new project initiatives and partner with production and sales colleagues to assess scope and prepare cost estimates. You’ll participate in negotiations around budgets and schedules, ensuring everyone agrees on a workable plan and the timeline to deliver. As projects move forward, you’ll monitor progress, keep deadlines and budgets in check, and help produce deliverables of high quality.

A key part of the role is learning about clients’ industries, business needs and culture, sharing that knowledge with the project team, and spotting fresh opportunities to expand the relationship. You’ll be responsible for growing new business from existing clients, working with senior leadership to deepen current relationships and upsell the TransPerfect portfolio. You’ll continually look for ways to improve the approach to new business development and stay proactive in following up to ensure client satisfaction with delivery, quality and service.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience or interest in the Travel industry, and in Retail or Real Estate sectors, would help. Comfort working with cross‑functional teams across production and sales, and a curiosity about multilingual content workflows, are a plus.

Advice for Applicants for This Junior Sales Coordinator Role

Lead with your degree and any sales or client services experience on your resume, and include a concise summary that highlights your English communication strengths and any relevant hands-on work. If you have a year or more of experience, put that upfront so the reader sees it immediately.

Prove the must-have skills with concrete examples. Describe a project where you scoped work, produced a cost estimate, or helped manage timelines and budgets, and share the outcomes in measurable terms whenever possible.

Be ready to talk about client-facing scenarios. Prepare stories that show how you established relationships, managed expectations, met deadlines, and delivered value to a client or team, especially in a context that mirrors travel, retail or real estate environments.

Consider a thoughtful question to close. You could ask how the team measures success in growing new business from existing accounts and how senior leadership supports expanding the TransPerfect portfolio for clients in the Travel sector.
