Growing the MENA community, one event at a time

Your daily work centers on expanding and sustaining Xsolla’s MENA network of partners, developers and clients. Crafting clear copy for community communications, event invitations and follow-ups will be part of your regular flow, along with supporting event registration pages and forms. You’ll stay in close touch with event organizers and local partners to uncover fresh opportunities for community engagement, and keep a living event roadmap updated with dates and attendee details. When materials are needed, you’ll log creative briefs in Jira and push them through to completion. Tips for applicants

Highlight your hands-on experience building and maintaining a regional developer or partner network, and mention the most relevant events you’ve driven, from guest lists to post-event reports. Put the 3+ years of suitable experience up front on your resume and show how you’ve grown communities through on-the-ground events and related content.

Show concrete proof of your must-have skills by naming specific external stakeholders or VIP groups you’ve managed, plus the tools you used to coordinate projects and campaigns. If you’ve used Jira, Asana, Monday.com or Google Workspace to drive a project from inception to finish, describe a recent example with measurable results.

Prepare for interviews by talking through a past experience hosting or supporting on-site membership at a club or venue, coordinating with marketing and social media teammates, and delivering a clear post-event report that tied engagement to business outcomes. You’ll likely be asked to outline how you would approach building momentum for the Xsolla Club in a new market, so sketch a quick two-to-three-step plan.

Have a smart question ready about the Dubai Club’s current community roadmap, upcoming regional events or how success is measured for the MENA program. Asking about how the team uses attendee feedback to shape future activities shows you’re ready to contribute to the community’s ongoing growth.
