Transport for NSW is hiring an Engagement and Content Officer for a temporary maternity leave cover until March 2027, based in South Eveleigh with a hybrid pattern, onsite at least 50 percent including Wednesdays and Thursdays. You’ll manage digital engagement platforms, publish Drupal CMS content, monitor performance with Google Analytics, and contribute to digital education resources and multimedia. About you
Your strong communication and digital content skills formed across communications, digital media or public sector environments will see you deliver engaging multi-channel content, manage competing priorities and support effective stakeholder engagement to lead to improved compliance, engagement and service outcomes.
You’re recognized as a collaborative and customer focused communicator, skilled at using contemporary digital platforms, experienced in developing and managing digital content and communications products.
