Tracksuit is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the new AI Visibility Team in Sydney, guiding three Senior Engineers as the company blends AI sentiment from chatbots and APIs with traditional survey data to enrich brand insight. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical leader with a broad stack (React, NodeJS, Typescript, Java, Python, Postgres, CDK, AWS), a product mindset and commercial thinking, plus a proven taste for experimentation, data driven decisions and coaching engineers toward outcomes. You’ll own architecture, partner with product, design and customers, and define scalable solutions in a fast growing, diverse culture that prizes curiosity and collaboration.
