POSITION SUMMARY:
Securonix is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity and a deep understanding of SIEM solutions. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding our footprint in the enterprise domain, focusing on delivering exceptional account management and customer satisfaction.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key enterprise accounts. You’ll be working directly with leaders of security teams at major corporations; providing them with insight and guidance on the Securonix solutions, including SIEM, UEBA and SOAR. Your primary goal is to expand business from existing customers and ensure client satisfaction. You will act as the primary contact for your accounts, providing strategic oversight and fostering long-term partnerships.
