Build the future of smarter, safer, and more connected buildings with Siemens.

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is transforming the way buildings and infrastructure operate by bringing together intelligent technology, digitalisation, and sustainable solutions. Our Buildings business delivers integrated solutions across building automation, security, fire and life safety, energy management, and digital services.

We are now looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Security portfolio, including CCTV, access control, video surveillance, security management systems and associated integrated technologies.

This is a highly customer-focused role, responsible for developing strategic relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and leveraging the broader Siemens portfolio to deliver value for our customers. You will work closely with enterprise clients, consultants, partners, and internal specialist teams to develop solutions that address complex security and business challenges. You will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing account plans and building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and C-level decision-makers. You will identify new opportunities, develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, and lead opportunities from initial discovery through to negotiation and close.

You will uncover customer needs and translate them into compelling security solutions, drawing on Siemens’ broader portfolio and specialist capabilities. Working collaboratively across sales, engineering, business units, and other stakeholders, you will orchestrate the right team around each opportunity and ensure a consistent customer experience.

A key part of the role will be growing our presence in the market — identifying new customers, expanding existing relationships and establishing Siemens as a trusted strategic partner for enterprise security solutions. You will also maintain accurate sales forecasts and account information, provide market and customer insights to leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement through win/loss reviews and sharing successful approaches. You will be an experienced B2B sales or business development professional with a proven track record of managing enterprise customers and complex solution sales. Experience across CCTV, access control, electronic security, video surveillance, integrated security systems, or building technologies will be highly regarded. You’ll be commercially driven and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams through to senior executives. Just as importantly, you will have the ability to understand customer challenges, build trusted relationships and develop solutions that create genuine business value.

Strong communication, negotiation, opportunity management, and account planning skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across a large organisation.

This is an opportunity to join a global technology organisation where you can influence how some of Australia’s most significant buildings and infrastructure become safer, smarter, and more connected.

You’ll have access to Siemens’ broad technology portfolio, global expertise, and specialist teams, giving you the platform to develop meaningful customer partnerships and pursue significant growth opportunities across the security market.
