Keeping the guest experience spotless in Ras Al Khaimah
You’ll oversee the smooth running of the housekeeping department, making sure guest rooms and shared spaces reflect the highest levels of cleanliness and guest comfort while meeting property and brand standards.
You’ll respond to guest questions and issues with a proactive, guest-focused approach, guiding the team to deliver attentive, timely service and positive resolutions.
