Finance Operations Manager
CulliganKaschls' Culligan, a well-established name in water treatment, is hiring a Finance Operations Manager for its Lloydminster on-site team. This full-time role sits at the financial core of three branch locations, offering a chance to shape strategy and steward cash flows across the business. If you enjoy leading a finance function, driving accountability, and working directly with operations teams, this could be a strong fit.
As part of the EOS Leadership Team, you'll participate in regular planning and review sessions, support both short-term actions and long-range goals, and track key metrics that show how the organization is performing. You’ll help translate numbers into decisions and work with department leaders to keep financial performance on track while building a culture of high standards and development within the Finance group.
The role rewards someone who wants real influence over business decisions, someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and a leader who wants to help grow a growing organization while developing the people around them.
Steering the numbers across three branches
In day-to-day terms, you’ll be part of the EOS Leadership Team and attend weekly L10, quarterly and annual EOS meetings. You’ll participate in both short-term planning and long-term goal setting, and you’ll monitor financial metrics and organizational performance. Collaboration with department managers will be key to driving financial accountability across the organization, and you’ll lead, mentor, and hold the Finance Department team to high standards while fostering a positive, high-performing culture and supporting their development.
On the financial operations side, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning. You’ll analyze profitability, expenses, and overall business performance, and you’ll prepare and review financial reports, projections, and EBITDA. You’ll back capital investment decisions and long-term growth initiatives, and you’ll maintain the efficiency, accuracy and integrity of QuickBooks Online, Watertight and related systems. You’ll develop, monitor and improve financial processes and cash flow, handle accounts receivable, and oversee accounts payable to keep operations running smoothly.

Tips to land this role, straight from the job's details
Put budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash-flow management at the top of your resume and show QuickBooks Online proficiency prominently. Demonstrate leadership by outlining how you’ve built and mentored teams.
Back up your leadership claims with concrete numbers: include examples where you improved processes, reduced waste, or improved EBITDA or profitability, and show you can translate data into action across multiple branches.
Be ready to discuss how you would participate in EOS-based planning and meetings, and describe how you’ve collaborated with department managers to drive accountability and financial results.
When you ask questions, focus on the role’s impact on strategy and growth: ask about capital investments, growth plans for the three branches, and how success is measured across the EOS framework.
