Tips for a successful application
Lead with your ability to hit sales targets and, if you’ve worked in a commission-based role before, show concrete numbers or outcomes that demonstrate your impact.
Demonstrate your customer-facing experience with real examples of how you communicate clearly, stay positive, and help customers feel understood, especially when juggling multiple tasks or product options. Don’t forget to note your flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Prepare a short, specific story about delivering an outstanding customer experience and turning a first-time shopper into a loyal client, illustrating how you built trust and left them with a great impression of the brand.
When the time comes to ask questions, focus on practical details like how the ramp-up bonus is structured, how the commission is earned, and what leadership opportunities look like within Prime Communications.
