On a typical day, you’ll greet shoppers and create a helpful, friendly in-store experience while guiding them toward devices, entertainment options, and connectivity solutions that fit their lives.
You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, recommending AT&T products, and pursuing sales goals, with compensation tied to performance through commissions. You’ll also contribute to store operations and collaborate with a team, while building relationships in the local community to represent the AT&T brand.

The role offers base pay plus a competitive commission plan, with an annual potential of $40,000 to $50,000+ depending on performance.
