Fun Creator
TEEG (The Entertainment & Education Group)TEEG, The Entertainment & Education Group, is hiring for a Fun Creator at Timezone Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore, Australia. This is a full-time, onsite role that sits among guests on the floor, helping people of all ages enjoy arcade games, bowling and birthday celebrations. If you love games, live events and making guests smile, you’ll likely fit right in.
In this position you’ll help ensure guests have a smooth experience from the moment they arrive through to the moment they leave, whether they’re here for arcade fun, a few games of bowling, or a special birthday party. You’ll join a team that brings energy to every booking and every interaction, with a strong emphasis on making each guest feel valued and looked after.

Your day will blend a warm welcome with guidance through activities, handling bookings and ensuring equipment and spaces are ready for the next wave of guests. You’ll look for opportunities to add value with thoughtful touches that keep the flow moving and leave guests with a smile.
Beyond the routine, you’ll keep an eye out for ways to elevate guest moments, little actions that show you care about the experience as much as the guests do. That means staying organized, communicating clearly with teammates, and stepping in to help whenever a busy moment hits or a party needs extra support. The goal is simple: make every guest feel attended to and every booking run smoothly.
