Day-To-Day Responsibilities for a Gaming Equipment Administrator
As the primary steward of the equipment inventory, you’ll ensure live tables are stocked with gear in excellent condition and ready for use. You’ll also work with shift managers, supervisors, trainers, and QA teams to coordinate replenishment and upkeep, so operations flow smoothly from kickoff to wrap.
Inventory responsibilities include tracking testing and photo shoot equipment, and you’ll be active in ordering items needed for new studio launches, such as felts, balls, dice, rims, and related gear. You’ll perform quality inspections on card orders to catch defects or inconsistencies before items go to production floors or event spaces.
Beyond stocking and inspection, you’ll provide administrative support as needed and ensure that procedures are followed and technology is used correctly. When deviations occur, you’ll report them promptly to help maintain high standards across the operation.
