Dexterra Group is seeking a General Helper at Attachie Lodge, BC, a full-time onsite role in a Horizon North camp with a 20 on/10 off rotation, transportation from a pickup. You will assist in kitchen ops, clean and sanitize areas and equipment, restock items, and support inventory while upholding health and safety standards. This safety sensitive role requires drug and alcohol testing and a fitness test. Candidates have at least 6 months of kitchen or catering experience, fluent English, FoodSafe I, and WHMIS, HACCP or SafeCheck a plus. WHAT’S THE JOB?
Based in a world class Horizon North camp facility, the regular shift for this position is 20 days on and 10
days off, with 10-hour workdays. Transportation is provided to site from a designated pick up point.
The General Helper is responsible for assisting in the overall kitchen operations and maintenance as well
as cleaning and sanitizing of designated kitchen areas, tools, equipment, pots, and dishes.
This position is safety sensitive and requires drug and alcohol testing and a fitness assessment, as a
condition of employment.
