Be ready in interviews to explain your approach to problem solving from first principles, and to discuss a time you coordinated multiple teams, product, marketing, and supply chain, to achieve a launch or growth milestone.
Ask a targeted question about how Canada’s GTM strategy is shaped by channel decisions, pricing, and sales policy, and inquire about how cross-functional teams collaborate to measure success and ROI for new launches.
