Head of Aftersales-UK
XPENGXPENG, a company with an overseas business division, is seeking a Head of Aftersales-UK. The role is full-time and onsite in London, ENG, and is aimed at someone ready to shape the UK aftersales program from the ground up. This is a great fit for leaders who want to drive service strategy across a dealer network, improve customer experiences, and build a high-performing aftersales operation.
In this role you’ll be building the UK aftersales blueprint, covering parts, warranty, technology and service. You’ll support dealers in areas like spare parts supply, training and claims, while making sure service standards are followed and commercial policies are put into practice. You’ll monitor how dealers operate, gather insights, and push for measurable improvements. You’ll also run customer satisfaction surveys, address major complaints, and work to boost the dealers’ overall service capability. Part of the job is to plan and execute market service activities and to develop a local service strategy that hits top-tier industry metrics like parts fulfillment, first-time repair rates and customer satisfaction.
The role is designed for someone with extensive experience leading automotive OEM aftersales, especially someone who has built aftersales systems and achieved solid performance. It’s a hands-on, cross-functional leadership position that relies on strong dealer relationships, data-driven decision making, and comfort with stakeholder engagement in English. Given the overseas dimension, there’s a willingness to travel short-term overseas, such as to China, as needed.
Steering the UK aftersales engine
You’ll own the UK aftersales strategy and work to establish a robust capability framework for parts, warranty, technology and service. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll guide dealers on spare parts availability, supervise service delivery against agreed standards, and steer the rollout of commercial policies. You’ll collect and analyse information on dealer performance, propose practical improvements, and track the effects over time. You’ll also oversee customer feedback programs, respond to major complaints, and push ongoing upgrades to dealers’ service abilities. In addition, you’ll drive market service activities and implement a local service plan designed to reach leading industry indicators.
