Tips for applicants

Put your most relevant admin and pallet-control experience up front on your resume, and lead with evidence of end-to-end administration and pallet management that shows you can handle planning and coordinating meetings or events.

To prove you meet the must-haves, share concrete examples of working independently while multi-tasking, and point to data-entry accuracy and any MS Office projects or dashboards you’ve built or maintained. Highlight how your analytical skills have helped improve pallet tracking or administrative workflows.

Be ready to talk through times you solved daily operational challenges, planned and ran meetings, and captured minutes with actionable follow-ups. Explain how you approach documentation and communication in a warehouse setting to keep teams aligned.

Smart questions to ask include what good performance looks like in the first 90 days and how pallet-control activities are integrated with the wider warehouse operations on a typical day.
