Looking for a customer centric Hotel Reservations Agent to join Crown Resorts on site in Southbank, you’ll handle a high volume of calls and help guests choose the right accommodation across Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. You’ll be a gracious host guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care, with proven front office, reservations or travel agency experience, solid Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced 7-day rotational schedule from 7am to midnight.
