The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Hotel Reservations team.
As a Hotel Reservation Agent, you’ll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and meaningful connections. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.
- Work in a call centre environment where you will be handling a high volume of calls per day.
- Assist our guests in finding the perfect accommodation for their stay with an in-depth knowledge of our properties across Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
- Have a strong knowledge of Crown's Hotels and our Hotel packages.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Established experience in hotel front office, reservations, call centre or travel agency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in learning new computer systems.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask.
This role requires:
- Availability to work a 7-day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnight
- Ability to work in a pressured fast-paced environment
- Polished communication and strong attention to detail
