The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Change and Adoption Lead, this role is responsible for the leadership and governance of IT change and problem management across the Crown Resorts Group.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of IT changes and problems, ensuring changes are assessed, prioritised, and implemented with minimal disruption. Managing key stakeholder communication, maintaining robust governance frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across Service Management processes.

This is a critical role in ensuring operational stability, regulatory adherence, and service excellence across all technology functions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and governing the IT change management process, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal business disruption and in alignment with Crown’s policies and standards.
  • Managing the full problem management lifecycle, driving root cause analysis, overseeing remediation, and ensuring known errors and workarounds are documented and accessible across IT teams.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, business units, and vendors, to ensure clear communication, transparency, and alignment on change and problem activity.
  • Driving continuous improvement of the Service Management framework, uplifting processes, tools, reporting, and capability across IT teams.
  • Ensuring regulatory, legislative, risk and compliance requirements are embedded into change and problem management practices, with strong documentation, reporting, and governance.

You will also bring:

  • Extensive experience in Service Management environments, with strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead change management and problem management activities effectively in complex organisations.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and balance commercial, risk, and technology considerations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences at all levels.
  • A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the technology landscape.
