About the Role We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Huka Lodge, an iconic luxury lodge in Taupo. In this hands-on role, you will ensure our exquisite suites and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, creating a pristine environment for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest suites to impeccable standards, with great attention to detail
• Restock guest amenities and mini-bar items, ensuring everything is perfectly presented
• Assist with laundry duties and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas
• Report and follow up on any maintenance issues or room defects
• Collaborate with the wider lodge team to provide seamless, anticipatory service
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Go above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role, ideally in a luxury hotel or lodge
