Day-to-day work in recruitment

In this role you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from requisition approval to offer acceptance, driving each step with clear communication and attention to policy. You’ll craft and post job adverts, review applications, build shortlists, organise interviews and assessments with stakeholders, and prepare offer letters while assisting with pre-employment checks in line with company policies and legal requirements. You’ll also keep recruitment records up to date and share transparent progress updates with hiring managers throughout the process.

Onboarding and induction support are part of the responsibilities as well. You’ll help ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee by preparing employment documents and assisting with system setup ahead of start dates, while coordinating with managers to deliver a positive experience for new hires.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll handle HR administration tasks and help maintain accurate employee records. You’ll support compliance efforts, assist with general HR duties as needed, and respond to routine inquiries from employees and managers, escalating issues when appropriate.

There’s an ongoing focus on Continuous Improvement and compliance. You’ll look for ways to enhance recruitment and HR coordination processes, ensure all activities align with relevant laws and internal policies, and contribute to broader HR projects as required.
