Summary
The Inside Sales & Digital Sales Analyst II is responsible for supporting sales operations while driving the adoption and effective use of digital sales channels across North America. This role balances traditional inside sales coordination with digital channel enablement, acting as a key link between customers, sales teams, and global digital strategy.
The position ensures efficient sales execution, high customer satisfaction, and increased digital engagement by coordinating order management, customer relationships, and onboarding to digital platforms. Working in a OneVoith approach, this role collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Care, Service, IT, and Marketing to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience while contributing to revenue growth and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Coordination & Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Process sales orders and quotes accurately and on time
- Coordinate sales activities including quote and order follow-ups
- Support development of efficient and standardized sales processes across regions
Customer Relationship & Account Support
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service
- Support onboarding of customers to both traditional and digital sales channels
- Deliver basic customer training and guidance on ordering processes
Digital Sales Channel Execution
- Support adoption of digital sales channels such as Webshop, EDI, PunchOut, and other integrations
- Support regional execution of global digital sales strategies
- Coordinate customer onboarding to digital tools in collaboration with sales and account teams
- Collect and communicate user feedback to support continuous improvement
Order, Data & Process Management
- Ensure accurate processing of orders, including pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with logistics to monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery
- Track invoicing progress and assist with resolution of overdue payments
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer data, sales activities, and communications
- Update and track quotations, orders, and customer preferences
Digital Data & Content Readiness
- Support digital readiness by coordinating with stakeholders on product data, pricing data, and customer master data
- Assist in maintaining and improving customer buyer portals and digital workflows
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems to support both sales and digital channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Care, Service, IT, and Marketing teams
- Align with global digital sales channel strategy and regional execution priorities
- Support internal communication, training, and change management initiatives
- Contribute to a consistent OneVoith customer experience across divisions

Education and Experience
