You will manage life insurance claims end-to-end for AusSuper, delivering a best-in-class customer and client experience with regular updates and clear expectations; independently handle a portfolio of TPD and IP claims, assess and finalise payments, and work with external doctors, rehabilitation consultants and in-house medical and legal specialists to achieve timely outcomes. Qualifications include group policy IP/TPD or workers compensation with allied health background, strong analytical, time management and empathetic communication.
