What will you do?
Reporting to the Engineering Team Lead - Platform, you'll join forces with our Platform Engineering team to evolve the shared platform that enables engineering teams to deliver software efficiently, reliably and securely. You'll help modernise our infrastructure, tooling and platform capabilities while supporting engineering teams across the business.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, along with CI/CD pipelines and automation that improve software delivery.

Support the evolution of our platform infrastructure, including the transition from Azure App Services to Kubernetes and the ongoing standardisation of Terraform.

Partner with engineering teams to provide infrastructure guidance, review platform changes and support their tooling and pipeline needs.

Contribute to platform standards, documentation and continuous improvements that make it easier for engineers to build, deploy and operate software.

Initial project focus: Deliver disaster recovery initiatives and improve platform resilience, reliability and operational readiness.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in a Platform Engineering role within a cloud-based environment.

Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, along with modern CI/CD practices.

Proficiency in a programming or scripting language (any language is fine).

An understanding of containerisation concepts (Kubernetes experience would be a plus).

A collaborative, curious engineer with a platform engineering mindset and a passion for automation, developer enablement and continuous improvement.

Exposure to cloud networking would be a bonus!
