YOUR INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENT
- The Customer Support department plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for operational requests, focusing on maintaining customer relationships and addressing questions related to SLAs, transportation, and customs.
- As a Customer Support Intern, you will become a full member of the team from day one. This is not a passive internship; you will actively contribute to daily operations and gain valuable hands-on experience.
- Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting daily logistics operations (inbound, outbound, and returns)
- Assisting with transport planning and communication with carriers
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs (delivery performance, lead times, costs)
- Participating in improvement projects within Customer Service & Logistics
- Supporting the preparation and improvement of KPI reports (performance, lead times, transport costs)
- Identifying bottlenecks in operational processes and contributing to improvement initiatives
- Performing data analyses to identify trends and support improvement proposals
- Supporting collaboration between internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Planning)
- Learning to work with systems such as SAP, Jira, and Excel
YOUR PROFILE
- You are following an MBO BOL Level 4 programme in Specialist Transport and Logistics or a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or International Business
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Interest in logistics processes and supply chain management
- Familiar with Excel and working with data
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Able to work independently, but also function well in a team
