You’ll ship features, use AI tools, and document your work while learning a modern finance platform. Bring 1-2 years of software development, knowledge of JavaScript or Python, REST, SQL or NoSQL, and Git, plus AI tool experience and a CS background or equivalent. About the Role
This is an early-career role for a developer who has started their professional journey in an AI-first world and wants to grow as an engineer at a fintech that is genuinely embedding AI into everything it builds.
You will pair closely with senior engineers across our React frontend and Node.js backend services, ship real features to production, and use AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants, agents) as a natural part of how you work. We are not looking for someone who already knows everything.
We are looking for someone curious, hungry to learn, and excited about building software in a team where AI is part of the toolkit from day one.

Background and reference checks (police, AML, bankruptcy) come towards the end. We use AI in parts of our recruitment process, but final decisions are made by humans.
