ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a part-time Lead Generator in Glendale, CO to work onsite at national home improvement stores, engaging customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality, energy savings, and arranging free in-home consultations or selling a home performance tune-up. Training is provided and compensation blends a $20 per hour base with commission, with earnings around $20-30 per hour after commissions and weekly pay. The role requires independence in a retail setting, willingness to approach customers, a sales mindset or personality, weekend and some holiday availability, ability to stand and walk, reliable transportation, and passing a pre-employment background check and drug test.
