Transport for NSW is hiring a Learning Implementation Administrator in Petersham on a full-time onsite basis to coordinate and implement learning programs, both accredited and non-accredited, including leadership courses, with a focus on compliance and financial controls. You’ll manage room bookings, coordinate delivery, handle learner enquiries and enrolments, maintain the schedule and process transactions across SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and TimeEdit, and assist with procurement and contracts. The ideal candidate brings a strong coordination mindset, experience in customer-centred environments, stakeholder management and data accuracy, plus familiarity with finance or procurement and knowledge of adult learning principles and NVR RTO 2025 outcomes.
