Advice for applicants
Lead your resume with the pieces that matter most for this role: your tech-related degree and any hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools like Relativity or LAW, plus evidence of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Show how you translate complex technical steps into plain language for clients and non-technical colleagues. Include a concrete example where you helped a client understand a hosting workflow or a data processing step, and describe the outcome in terms of what the client gained.
Prepare to discuss times you’ve worked under pressure, especially when deadlines were tight or you had to balance several cases at once. Be ready to talk about hosting software questions you answered and how you kept clients informed throughout a project’s lifecycle.
When you’re in the interview, ask something like: what kinds of matters does the eDiscovery team support most often, and how does this role adapt across different case types? You could also inquire about how the team balances day and evening shifts and how success is measured in this position.
