Endeavour GroupEndeavour Group is looking to add Local Area Marketing Partners to its ALH Hotels team across Victoria. These onsite roles sit in Richmond and come in two full-time and one part-time configurations, reporting to the Senior Local Area Marketing Manager. ALH operates pubs in more than 350 Australian communities, making the local pub a natural home for guests and a focal point for growth. If you enjoy building local connections, turning data into practical plans, and helping venues attract more guests, this could be the fit for you. The company also notes a preference for applicants to avoid unsolicited resumes from recruitment agencies.
You’ll work directly with publicans across a portfolio of venues to identify business challenges and uncover opportunities for growth. The work centers on practical, ROI-driven marketing plans tailored to each pub, with close collaboration alongside the central marketing team and your manager to refine ideas and deliver campaigns aimed at boosting footfall and revenue.
Three positions are up for grabs in Victoria (two full-time and one part-time), and you’ll be aligning with a delivery team to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly while leaving the hands-on production to specialists. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, planning, and collaborating with operators and cross-functional teams to drive tangible improvements for local venues.
A day in the life of a local area marketing partner
In this role, you serve as the dedicated marketing advisor to venue publicans, building trust and guiding commercial decisions at the local level. You’ll set clear, ROI-focused marketing priorities and craft long-range plans that address each venue’s unique challenges. You’ll use venue data, guest insights, and demographic trends to spot new revenue opportunities across your portfolio. When campaigns are running, you’ll monitor performance against targets and adjust tactics as needed to optimise outcomes, while keeping a tight rein on local marketing budgets to maximise return on investment. You’ll coordinate with the central Local Area Marketing Delivery Team to ensure campaigns are delivered as planned, while letting the specialists handle the hands-on production tasks.
The synergy with the rest of the marketing ecosystem is important here. You’ll partner with operational leaders, publicans, and cross-functional teams to shape and fine-tune campaigns, ensuring the local plan aligns with broader brand guidelines and business goals. Your daily rhythm blends relationship management, data-driven planning, budget discipline, and delivery oversight to sustain steady growth across your venues.

- Ability to turn venue data, guest profiles, and catchment insights into clear, actionable business plans
- Exceptional relationship-building skills for working with operational leaders, Publicans, and cross-functional colleagues
- Experience managing local marketing budgets, assessing campaign ROI, and maintaining spend discipline
